Orders & Payments

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Production Time:

Orders typically takes 7 - 14 working days upon payment confirmation..

Custom Orders:

Custom and personalized orders may take longer to process. Processing times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping delivery through our reliable carriers.

Shipping Times:

Delivery times vary based on your orders so rest assure, our crew will be in touch upon payment confirmation to ensure a timely delivery.

International Shipping:

Currently we only ship to Singapore and Malaysia. Stay updated with us as we are working on International Shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

Items (other than personalised orders) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom orders, digital products, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

As we work with personalised products and Made-To-Order for each customer individually, we do not accept returns for regret or withdrawal.

 

Return Process:

Contact us at thegiftcabana@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Cancellations & Changes

Order Changes:

Changes to orders can be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be guaranteed, especially for custom orders.

Damaged / Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

    1.    Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

    2.    Provide photos of the damage/defect and the packaging for assessment.

    3.    We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
